Epson Discproducer PP-100III

The Discproducer PP-100III from Epson offers fast, reliable, and automated CD, DVD, and Blu-ray production for businesses looking for high-quality printing. Using its six included ink cartridges, it is able to print up to 60 discs per hour at a resolution of 1440 x 720, or up to 40 discs per hour at a resolution of 1440 x 1440. Using its two included and user-replaceable optical drives, it can publish, or burn up to 30 CDs, 15 DVDs, or 8 Blu-rays per hour. Additionally, there are two publishing modes - standard and batch. Standard can burn up to 50 discs, while Batch handles up to 100 discs. Both publishing modes can operate unattended.

Operational efficiency is aided by a robotic arm and AcuGrip technology, which helps to ensure that only one disc is placed in the drive or on the printer at a time. Furthermore, Epson's patented MicroPiezo technology helps deliver sharp text and graphics. Each ink cartridge features low-ink sensors, and the ink will yield around 1000 discs before needing to be replaced. The printer's ink pad will also need to be replaced after about 30,000 discs.

The Discproducer PP-100III is compatible with Windows 10, 8, 7, and XP, as well as Windows Server and macOS. It connects to your host system using an included USB 3.0 Type-B to Type-A cable, and also included is Total Disc Maker software. Protection is provided by a limited 5-year warranty.
