Exchange or return policy
You have the right to exchange or return the goods purchased from our online store within 21 days from the date of purchase if the following conditions are met:

How to return or exchange merchandise
In the event that the conditions of exchange or return are available, if you contact us within two days from the date of receiving the product, we will send our representative to receive the product.

Warranty is available for the goods whose warranty period has been specified on the product page on the Jordan computer market.
To benefit from the warranty, please submit the original invoice to the authorized service center for your product as shown below.
Warranty does not include malfunctions resulting from misuse, improper installation, breakage, irregular electrical current, exposure of the device to liquid substances, any repair outside the supervision of the company’s workshop or computer viruses.
If you are not satisfied with any maintenance center you reviewed to benefit from the warranty of a product you purchased from a delivery company, please contact the customer service department and we will take great care to provide you with the best service as you deserve.
We will deliver your orders in Jordan through specialized delivery companies.
Orders will be delivered according to the delivery method you choose.
